Yes it's that time again! The final round voting is up, with the audios of the CMM Idol 4 finalists that you chose in the semi final round added to the site.
The voting is on a scale of 5, with 5 being the highest and 1 being the lowest. Your score for each of the contestants will be averaged to find their result - as there are 2 audios, this will then be averaged to give an overall score for each contestant.
Voting ends on 26th May.
May 3rd: Semi-Final Round Judging Results!

As you might have noticed, there have been some problems with people not submitting audio, for whatever reason. As a result, there is one fewer contestant at this stage than there should be, so the next round will now be the Quarter Final instead of the Fourth Round. The Semi-Final will now involve two songs (combining what would have been the Quarter-Final song selection with the Semi-Final) so that the competition does not lose any of the rounds. These changes are now available on the Format page.
March 28th: Third Round Voting!
Again, there was a slight delay to the voting beginning, but the third round voting is now up, with the audios of the 5 people that you chose added to the site. Unfortunately fistropecador did not submit for this round, due to illness, so only one contestant will be eliminated in this round again.

February 18th: First Round Voting!
There was a slight delay to the voting beginning because of a problem setting up the voting page. Unfortunately despite this delay ANDREITA (Contestant 01), has not submitted and so as a result we will lose only 1 contestant instead of 2 in the First Round. This also means that the CMM Idol 4 dates have changed and so the Idol Calendar and Format page have been updated to reflect this.
The voting is on a scale of 5, with 5 being the highest and 1 being the lowest. Your score for each of the contestants will be averaged to find their result. You will only be able to vote if you have listened to the audio file.
Please be aware that we will be checking the logs for irregular voting patterns and that at CMM we take cheating very seriously.

January 15th: Audition Round Judging Starts!
The audios of all those who entered the Audition Round have been added to the Current Round section of the site. I must remind all contestants that they cannot even hint to anybody (even if they're not a judge) which entry is theirs, as this is an anonymous round. Failure to comply with this rule WILL result in disqualification.
This round will be judged by the judges, who will choose the 10 best entrants to go through to the First Round, from then onwards it will be up to you, the CMM members, to decide who will progress.
The same rule as on Christina Showcase applies;
"By downloading files off this site, you agree to refrain from comments that are hurtful or inappropriate, and are restricted to only use constructive criticism."

January 1st: Welcome to CMM Idol 4!
Welcome to the website for CMM Idol 4. If you are thinking about entering the competition, please read through the What section, where you will find the rules and the format of the competition.
I'd like to take the opportunity to once again thank the contestants and judges of CMM Idols 1, 2 and 3 for making the competitions a great success and making CMM Idol an annual event.
Whenever the site is updated, an item will appear on the CMM Idol 4 home page under "News" as well as on the News page, so you should be able to find information easily. Please note that only the last 3 news items will appear in full on the CMM Idol 4 home page, with older items appearing as links to the News page.
The "Idol Calendar" returns, making finding Idol deadlines much easier - simply click on a darkened cell and a window will pop-up telling you what is happening on CMM Idol 4 on that day.
You can find the current round easily by clicking on Current Round where the name of the current round will be.
