JANUARY 1 2007 - awesomegenie
Today is CMM's 5th Anniversary! Yay! Congrats! Long live CMM! *claps*
As a part of special anniversary updates, we set up a new layout for
Digital Immersion. Hope you guys like it! :) MAY 17 2003 - HMERS
Starting today, all public members can now download files from this site.
All you have to do is log in to your account on the forum. You are
restricted to downloading one file at a time, and only 5 people can
download at once from the server. DEC 25 2002 - HMERS
Over 7 months since this site has been updated. Well, here are the last
two DTS mixes that I made at the beginning of this year. I haven't had the
time to make anymore DTS mixes so I don't know if you'll be seeing anymore
of them. In fact, I nearly forgot about post these last two mixes. Anyway,
enjoy if you can listen to them. Happy holidays! MAY 05 2002 - HMERS
It's time to update again. For this month, I added a DTS 5.1 mix of Lady
Marmalade. APR 06 2002 - HMERS
Well, to start things off in a different direction, a DVD-compliant MPEG-2
video of Christina's Infatuation performance at the Olympics has been
added in the Downloads section of this site. Yep, that's right, the
Infatuation performance in DVD quality! :) It's 250MB in size (which is 5
times the size of a MPEG video) so you'll need to have a fast connection
or it'll take virtually forever to download. If you have a DVD-R, then
this will be perfect for you to try out since you can put it on DVD to
watch on your TV with a set-top DVD player. Some DVD authoring programs
may have trouble recognizing the Dolby Digital .ac3 audio stream so you
may have to demultiplex the video and audio streams and add them
separately to author it. However, if you don't have a DVD-R and want to
see this DVD video, you can view it on your computer with a software DVD
player such as PowerDVD or WinDVD. I decided to add it to this site rather
than Video Palace since the files on this site are high-end formats
targeted towards a small audience, namely, the technology enthusiasts such
as myself. :) FEB 02 2002 - HMERS
The update for this month is a DTS 5.1 remix of Nobody Wants To Be Lonely.
If any of you are able to play these files, I'd appreciate it if you could
post a comment in the guestbook or send me an e-mail about your thoughts.
It'd be good to hear from a few people who are able to listen to them.

Well today's the debut of Christina Digital Immersion. Let me guess, this
is probably the last site that you visited out of them all (I assume most
people would visit them in order). So far there's only one 5.1 DTS mix
available for download which is Genie In A Bottle. Take note that this
site will be updated very seldomly (every month or two) since it a
specialty site for the extremely small minority of people who are able to
listen to these files. Hopefully in the future, music will no longer be
recorded in 2 channels but rather in 5.1 surround replacing the stereo
format that is so popular right now (CDs, MP3s). Until then, this site is
a sample of the future when all music shall be released in surround sound.
In fact, there are some artists who have their music remixed in 5.1, but
selection is very limited (i.e. there are no Christina Aguilera 5.1
Surround CDs for sale). Check the Links section for sites where you can
view/purchase 5.1 music. Most of you can probably ignore/forget about this
site since you probably won't be able to listen to the files (don't bother
downloading them if you don't meet the requirements stated on the main
page, you'll just waste your time.... and our bandwith ;P ).
