Look Around Before Posting
Please take your time checking other threads and make sure the bugs you're gonna report haven't been reported.
We CAN read.  It takes time to fix things.  We don't need 5 threads reporting the exactly same bugs or problems.

Write Self-Explanatory Title
True : Express Server problems on Video Palace
False : HELLLLLLLLLLLPPPP!!!!!!!!
False : OMG What shud i do??>>>>>>

Be Patient
You don't need to remind us every 5 minutes to fix any bugs/problems.  
Sometimes it takes 6 minutes before things got fixed.

Don't Answer Unless...
...you're a Support Team member, Global Moderator or Administrator.
We do appreciate your effort trying to answer them, however, sometimes when you have no idea about something and just give random answers, it would make people confused.  
Other team members can also answer questions related to their division.
