Upload a Mp3 File

I want o to upload the dong "I will Be" because I don't see it in the list but I'm not quite sure how to do that. Can someone help me?

It's a studio track so that is why we don't have it. We don't post studio versions because of the legal issues. But if you did have a live mp3 track to submit, you should just contact the MP3 Heaven Manager, Ashley_1 (|aleksandra|).
