Can't change avatar

The option to change my avatar is no longer present in the Modify Profile section.

Hi, with the new forum, public/regular members can't have an avatar.  You must be a Minor Members or above to have an avatar.  If you've set an avatar BEFORE we changed to new forum, your old avatar stick with you.  Let me know if you want me to remove it. :)

Some permissions in the new forum have been changed.

- General Members and above can upload avatars to the server AND choose any avatars from our database.
- Minor Members can choose an avatar from our database.
- Public members (under Minor Member) don't get an avatar.

The changes didn't affect you earlier because you didn't modify your profile.  When you tried to modify your profile, the new permissions applied.

Do I not get anything for senior member? Also, when do I move up the ranks?
