How do I sign up for a position? Go to the Recruitment Center and check what positions are opened. Click on the title of any positions that you want, the you can read the descriptions of the position and apply for the position. How do the membership levels work? There are 4 membership levels you can acheive: Minor, General, Senior, and VIP member. The more you help or contribute to the site, the more points you can earn. You can auto-upgrade you membership status in the "Membership Levels" section of the Membership Center when you have enough points for the next level. The required points for each membership level are also posted there. How many points do I get for contributing money to the site? 10 points per dollar contributed. This is done via the Contribution Center. How many points do I need to become *something* member? You need to have 100 points to become a Minor Member, 300 points to become a General Member, 500 points to become a Senior Member, and 900 points to become a VIP member. How to Gain CMM Membership Points? You can read details about it HERE. I am a member. Why can't I download? Most likely, you are NOT a member. After you have registered at our forums, you do not become a member right away. You do, however, gain access to limited downloads. To gain access to better, faster downloads, you need to become a Minor Member. I have enough points to be a membership level but I am still shown as a lower level member. What gives? You need to upgrade yourself in the Membership Center in the "Membership Levels" section. If I upgrade my membership status does it take points away from me? NO, you do not ever lose points unless it's as a penalty for some reason or other (RARE). Your points keep adding up on a day to day basis. The web page said I would get x amount of points for doing *task* but I only got x amount. Why? Point guidelines are subject to change on here without notice (they are posted at update times). If you are only here to gain points you are probably not on the right website in the first place. Points are used to assign a value to the help we receive, and have no monetary or physical value. |
