It's difficult to imagine Christina Aguilera idolizing Kurt Cobain, which brings us to Pink's relationship with that other pop princess - with whom Pink (as well as Mya and Lil'Kim) performed on the No.1 Moulin Rouge track, "Lady Marmalade".
"When we first met, we definitely didn't like each other," Pink says bluntly. Then Christina came to Pink's 22nd birthday party last September, "and we talked for a really long time. We've gone through a lot of the same crap." Now, says Pink, Christina is "one of my closest friends in the business."
The party also launched a rumor: "We played spin the bottle. I landed on her and kissed her. No tongue - I put my hand over her mouth. The next day a rumor started that we were bisexual lovers."
Is this a denial? "Yeah, I'm officially denying the rumor," she says with a low laugh. "I did kiss her, though. And I'd do it again." |
