A statement released by her publicist said that Aguilera's doctors advised the singer to rest her voice for the entire summer.
Aguilera expressed disappointment at the cancellation of her "Stripped" tour, which promotes the album of the same name.
Tickets for the 2004 season at the arts center go on sale at 9 a.m. today at the box office and through Ticketmaster outlets, phone charge and ticketmaster.com.
Box office hours throughout the season will be 1 to 6 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, and noon to 6 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. On the day of a show, the box office will stay open until 9 p.m.
