The stars turned out in full force last night to celebrate Glamour magazine's first annual Women Of The Year Awards – and were there ever a load of sexy women in sight. Beauties including Denise Van Outen, who was voted Theatre Actress Of The Year, Cat Deeley, TV Personality Of The Year, Joely Richardson, British TV Actress Of The Year, Rachel Stevens, Jennifer Ellison, Jordan, Kelis, Sadie Frost, Donna Air, Tara Palmer Tomkinson, Laura Bailey, the babes from Girls Aloud, who scooped the Band Of The Year gong and Newcomer Of The Year, Joss Stone were all there, dressed in their hottest getups and ready to party.

Picking up his award, newly-single Schwimmer, dressed in a brown John Varvatos suit, said: "I see there are many Women Of The Year and only one man. Perhaps later the ladies and I can get together and discuss our responsibilities over a Pimms." But even with the sight of all those sexy girls, football was the hot topic of conversation, with Boris Becker, who features in the July issue of GQ, admitting that after his home team Germany, he hopes to see England scoop the Euro Cup. Even a Yank like Schwimmer clearly understands the importance of footie – he told the audience: "I wish the England team luck in the forthcoming European Championships." Said like a true Man Of The Year. |
