 Pop diva Christina Aguilera has demanded a private jet, a penthouse and a six-figure sum from Harrods' boss Mohammed Al Fayed in return for opening the swanky London store's summer sale next week.
The STRIPPED star, 23, was reluctant to take on the job on Monday - but finally agreed after Al Fayed agreed to pay her $360,000 and lavish her with costly luxuries.
A source says, "Christina doesn't need to do any promotional work as she's probably the hottest singer around right now.
"Christina will be receiving $360,000 for her duties, which include cutting the ribbon, making a welcome speech and attending a VIP breakfast with Harrods executives.
"She'll be in London for two days but her official duties will take no more than two hours.
"She's requested that a private jet be sent to pick her up from her home in California.
"She has to stay in a penthouse - she doesn't really care where it is as long as it's five-star quality."
The American singer has also requested 10 bottles of room temperature mineral water and non-vintage Veuve Clicquot champagne. |
