 Christina Aguilera will earn a reported £200,000GBP for opening the sale at London's luxury Harrods store - but the sexy star has demanded a few extras to be thrown in.
The 'Dirrty' singer has agreed to open the sale at Mohammed Al Fayed's store next Monday (28.06.04), but as well as receiving the hefty pay packet, Christina is said to have asked for extras including a private jet, a luxury penthouse, several bottles of vodka and Veuve Clicquot champagne, which must be non-vintage.
A source said: "She's heard that in past years there have been fantastic bargains and she's asked for a personal tour before the general public are let in."
Other stars to have opened the prestigious sale include Pierce Brosnan, Sophia Loren and Victoria Beckham.
Mr Fayed's spokesman said: "We've had huge names opening the sale over the years but none as contemporary as Ms Aguilera.
We're absolutely delighted she was able to accept Mr Fayed's personal invitation to open the summer sale." |
