Aguilera's Next Album A Different Direction | Type: Internet Article |
| | Aguilera's next album a different direction | Jun 29, 2004 |
Singer Christina Aguilera said Monday in London her next album will go into a different direction than her past work.
Right now I'm taking it back to 20s and 30s old funk, soul, blues and jazz, she said about her new album. I'm exploring some of the great old soul singers and image-wise, it's old 40s pin-up and I'm just having a lot of fun with it.
Aguilera, in Britain to open a Harrod's department store sale, told the BBC she had taken a break from recording her album in the United States to attend the sale. |
