Then last night, I went to the fabulous Back to Basics album release party for Christina Aguilera. Let me tell you... I always loved CA's music, but after seeing how down-to-earth and sweet she was last night, I have a brand new respect for her! Not only can the girl belt a note, but she just GLOWS with positive energy! I almost shed a tear when she talked about how proud she was of her fellow Mickey Mouse Club alumni (including Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake and Ryan Gosling) all doing so well! So touching! And she was so gracious to every single person at the party! One of her special guests was Mario Vasquez-- and he was simply the sweetest! Every time we ran into him, he'd greet us again with a huge smile! Awww...
The famous celeb hot spot Marquee was decorated perfectly for her big bash! Red and black balloons with flappers dancing all around and passing out candy and popcorn! We even caught her dancing to "Ain't No Other Man" the second time they played it! What a blast! This girl knows how to throw a party!
I'd love to keep dishing the details of these incredible adventures, but we're about to take off for our company picnic (can't wait!!!)! I could use some good BBQ right about now.... :) Yum!
