| Christina Aguilera Out to End Hunger - Jul 15, 2009 |  Moving one step farther away from her party girl past and closer toward Angelina Jolie-like sainthood, Christina Aguilera was named global spokesperson for World Hunger Relief earlier today.
According to a press release, the pop star and mother of 1-year-old Max will help to raise awareness of the problem of hunger around the world by appearing in print ads and a public service announcement, which she’s currently filming.

Brands announced today that the singer will be the global spokesperson for the company’s World Hunger Relief effort.
