| New Burlesque Trailer Is Like Showgirls Without The Nudity - Sep 30, 2010 |  Burlesque has a new trailer and much like the last trailer, it seems abundantly clear that this movie should really be called Cabaret instead. In spite of the title it seems to have nothing to do with actual burlesque all but instead exists in some sort of throwback club with big, show tunes style dancing and singing. Frank Sinatra would have loved this place, Dita von Teese, not so much.
That said the trailer’s full of glitz, glamour, and Christina Aguilera’s still utterly amazing voice. If you like glitter or if you like Stanley Tucci one-liners, then you’ll love this trailer.
