| 'Dirrty' Christina Aguilera Video Thai-ed To Sex Industry - Oct 18, 2002 | Scenes in Christina Aguilera's "Dirrty" video contain images that are suggestive, sexy and downright lewd. One particular moment, however, advertises something that's simply illegal.
Two posters seen in the video feature Thai script that translates to read "Thailand's Sex Tourism" and "Young Underage Girls" — references to Thailand's much-criticized, tourist-driven sex industry. The signs can be seen during Aguilera's boxing-ring sequence (see "Christina's 'Dirrty' Makes Some Fans Ill, Others Hot To Eat Her Toes").

| What Aguilera Wants: Her Old Demos - May 22, 2001 | Somewhere between singing "gitchy-gitchy-ya-ya-ya" and "M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E," Christina Aguilera recorded an album that she hopes won't see the light of day.
The 20-year-old pop starlet has filed a federal lawsuit against two record companies and her former producers, hoping to stop them from releasing a demo she made when she was 14 years old.

| Christina's Bad Weekend - Sep 05, 2000 | Christina Aguilera's Labor Day weekend certainly wasn't what a girl wants.
First, Aguilera lost her Grammy-winning voice, forcing her to cancel a much-anticipated appearance at New York's State Fair Sunday night.
Then, to make matters worse for the young songstress, some people broke into her tour bus and stole golf clubs, pyrotechnics and a gym bag. All told the swiped stuff was worth more than $1,000.
Authorities said none of the lost items directly belonged to the 19-year-old bubblegum popster.
Two Syracuse University frat boys, who had been partying on the bus with some of Aguilera'... |

Ever-frail songbird Christina Aguilera had to cancel her first-ever concert dates in Mexico over the weekend because of a lingering case of bad pipes.
The popster, who nixed a handful of dates in September due to laryngitis and strained vocal cords, blamed the latest cancellations on an acute throat infection.
Being the good Mouseketeer that she is, Aguilera made sure to get a doctor's note to explain why she wouldn't be making her Mexico City debut Saturday and Sunday.
"Christina Aguilera was given medical attention in Mexico City and require... |

| Christina Steps Over Britney - Aug 27, 2003 | Christina Aguilera has sunk a stiletto heel into pop rival Britney Spears.
First, the "Dirrty" singer swiped Spears' ex Justin Timberlake for a concert tour. Now, Aguilera has snagged Spears' former endorsement deal as the face of Skechers shoes.
Britney was dropped as the manufacturer's muse after a very public squabble last year, leaving an opening for the next toe-tapping pitch person, like Aguilera.
"I agreed to be a part of Skechers international marketing team because I like its image--youthful but edgy," said Aguilera in statement. "They have attitude and a... |
