The GENIE IN A BOTTLE singer placed faith in those around her, but soon realised that instead of friendship they had ulterior motives involving money.
Aguilera says, "When you find out someone you thought of as a friend is stealing your money, charging things to your credit card, and the other is writing a book about you, it's heartbreaking.
