Just days after news broke about CAMERON DIAZ attacking a paparazzi in Los Angeles, Aguilera was in court in Hollywood on Wednesday (10NOV04) to face off with snapper DAVID KEELER.
Keeler alleges he was beaten up by a bodyguard after taking pictures of Aguilera leaving Los Angeles' trendy NACIONAL (corr) nightclub last year (03).
