| T.I.: Crown Me - Nov 25, 2004 | There are some things that I didn't have the chance to do, that I wish I would have done. Christina Aguilera asked me to do something for her while I was locked up, but I couldn't do that. Ja Rule asked me to do something for him, but I couldn't get it done as quickly as he needed to get it done to turn his album in, 'cause I was shooting my video and I all kinds of other sh-t to do, like a photo shoot for VIBE.

| Facing up to Eminem fatigue - Oct 15, 2004 | An article about Eminem. Christina mentioned.
Since his career took off in the late 1990s, Eminem has successfully maintained his persona as the cranky, irreverent white rapper. He was the anti-boy band - the blond, blue-eyed hellion stepping up to take a swing at everything that's wrong and cheesy in this world. Christina Aguilera was a slut, Moby was an annoying granola, bad moms deserved to be killed and buried -at least figuratively.

| Here come the grooms - Nov 21, 2004 | Christina Aguilera is set to marry her boyfriend, Jordan Bratman, early in the new year, according to his grandmother, Sally Bratman, who says: "They're still keeping it quiet; she's frightened of losing male fans. But they have the ring and she wears it on family occasions." Jordan, a music industry executive, met Christina a year ago and is part of her management team.
PREDICTION: It's a good relationship that I see lasting; she achieves a successful cross-over into movies with his guidance.... |

| Some things should remain lost in the '80s - Nov 26, 2004 | An article about the '80s music. Christina mentioned.
Still, because it existed in the glorious taste vacuum of the 1980s, it somehow worked. (Although I suspect Billy Joel is probably still a little annoyed at getting just three words to himself. Who did they think he was, Kim Carnes?) I can only imagine what would happen with a remake: It's safe to say that Christina Aguilera would take that Cyndi Lauper line to places that God never intended for it to go.

| Vanessa Carlton breaks through as alternative to Spears, Aguilera Music - Nov 26, 2004 | Vanessa Carlton on being considered as an alternative to Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera : "I did, but I thought that the trend of that time probably helped propel me forward. When you’re part of a trend, it tends to be easier to kind of break through, and at this point now, I’m just kind of standing on my own, and it feels nice to be one of the few people that are doing what I am attempting to do. | The Bond girls - Nov 27, 2004 | An article about Bond. Christina mentioned.
Critics have chastised the Anglo-Aussie foursome for not sounding classical enough, and for using sex appeal to sell records. The Bond girls don't mind sporting revealing outfits, and have been well represented by men's magazines.
"For us, it's the music, and the music is pop," Ecker said. "That reflects how we dress onstage. The clothes are fun and young. It's not so sexy, compared to Christina Aguilera and Britney [Spears]."

| Xtina: Love/Hate - Mar 2003 | It’s doomed to be a pop princess’ fate; the higher you rise, he more people hates you. One fan speaks up about why critics should lighten up.
For all of her talent and popularity, I’ve been wondering why Christina Aguilera’s second album, Stripped, has been getting a lot of flack from the music industry. Negative reviews of the album are everywhere, although there are some who welcome the unexpected change in the 21-year-old singer’s image and music.
Christina said in recent interviews that this album is about as real as she gets. If so, then it should be even more welcomed with open arms in... |

| Testosterone Fuels American Pop Culture; We Need Girl Power - Nov 19, 2004 | Oh, for the '90's when girl power was in full bloom. In the decade of the 00's Xena is dead and females are zeros in American pop culture. The Spice Girls had more moxie than Christina Aguilera, Ashlee Simpson, Mandy Moore and the rest of today's anorexic teen queens can ever dream of possessing.
