 Soul diva Christina Aguilera has been confirmed as a performer at the MTV’s celebration of all things cinematic, the ‘2010 MTV Movie Awards’!
The chart topping songbird and five time Grammy winner will show off her legendary pipes live on stage with a performance of ‘Not Myself Tonight’, the first single off her highly anticipated new album, due for release June 8.
“MTV has always been a supporter of my music and my career and I am so excited to perform once again on the Movie Awards. My performance comes just days before the release of my album Bionic,” said Christina.
Also tipped to take the stage and present at MTV’s glam fest is Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Zac Efron, Jonah Hill, Jessica Biel, Bradley Cooper, Steve Carell, Miranda Cosgrove, Shaun White, Vanessa Hudgens, Sean “Diddy,” Combs and coiffed-haired regular Russell Brand.
This year MTV are proud to unveil three new categories, ‘Biggest Badass Star', ‘Best Scared-As-Shit Performance’ and 'Global Superstar’, and, for the first time in the awards history, voting has been opened up globally, so Aussie's now's your chance to have your say in which of the world biggest stars will be in the running for the coveted Golden Popcorn!
